Longleaf provides two methods for obtaining a new account application:
- An Online Form to be printed, completed and mailed.
- An Account Kit via Regular mail. Steps to Opening an Account:
1) Review Longleaf's prospectus.
2) Obtain exception authorization by calling Southeastern at (901)761-2474.
3) Complete and sign the account application referenced above.
4) Make check payable to "Longleaf Partners Funds."
5) Mail application and initial investment to:

To establish a new account via Wire:
1) Call Longleaf at (800)445-9469 (option 0) to obtain information on establishing a new new account.
2) After providing all required documentation in good order you will be provided with a new account number.
3) Using your new account number, instruct your bank to wire funds as follows:

PNC Bank Pittsburgh, PA ABA#031000053 DDA#8606905185 Specify Longleaf Partners Fund#: #133 for Partners Fund #136 for International Fund #134 for Small-Cap Fund For credit to: (name as registered on account) Shareholder account # (the account number you received)

PFPC will not process wire transfers without a Fund and account number. If your instructions are not in good order, your purchase may be delayed or your wire may be returned.
